I'll be consice here, since there are already very well done tutorials on how to create an ISP in the Fab Lab. I chose to go with the Fab ISP Key version 2.3. Milled one the modela, with a 300 micron endmill (see picks below) I'm not great at soldering, and I messed up one of the connections (hence the little green wire) but eventually it worked out fine. I followed this great tutorial by Anna on how to programm the board using an AVRISPmkII, and as you can see on the screenshots below, it worked!
