Principles and practices, project Management

My initial Project is a tool for children to understand the basics of virtualization and digital manipulation process.

The device that looks like a touch screen has a rectangular shape, and in its surrounding there is an area with several basic geometric shapes in which the chikdren can place the solids that they choose putting them in its respective position. The sensors, connected to those various shapes inside the rectangle structure will be connect in a computer that will send information back to the touch screen table. Once the children place a solid inside its respective place, this solid, will appear, virtually in the center of the touch screen central area of the rectangle. With the help of a touch sensitive pencil, the kids can edit this tridimensional solid by changing its scale. The kid will manipulate the tridimensional shape until being satisfied and as a final task they will be able to print it with the help of a 3d printer.
