About

My name is Daniil Koshelyuk. I am an architect from Moscow, Russia. I have master degree in Advanced Architecture 02 completed in Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia in 2019. My passion is analyzing complex systems and trying to structure them. In Fab Academy I am looking for ability to holistically complete compound project from design to fabrication closing current gap in my knowledge of electronics and gaining hands-on experience in digital fabrication.

In IAAC my focus was working with smart material systems as well as on Mixed Reality environments. At the moment of writing this I am working in the Tinkerers FabLab helping to design and code a Mixed Reality platform HAToM - a platform for urban-scale geospatial data visualization and management. Moreover, I am a founding member and currently evolved in development of an opensource project I am currently evolved in - HoloFab - a toolset for designers and digital fabricators to work in Augmented Reality setting.

This website was created as part of studying in FabAcademy course in Tinkerers FabLab in Castelldefels with collaboration with FabLab Barcelons in 2020. Site will contain process and result of the studies. Due to work situation and overall delays wiith pandemic I had to re-enroll in 2021 cycle to finalize details and to properly explore the topics of the master.

Tinkerers is a FabLab in PMT building of UPC campus in Castedefels - a business incubator by European Space Agency housing businesses working with satiate images, drones, quantum technologies, etc. Tinkerers provide services of Digital Fabrication and Rapid Prototyping for students of the campus, neighboring businesses and locals.

One of the biggest projects by Tinkerers is HAToM. It is a Mixed Reality Platform for analysis and management of geo-spatial data on urban scale. It's main purpose is to make interaction with big-data intuitive, interactive and visual. By combining copious sources of data and by synchronizing it, HAToM aims to provide further insight into complex large-scale situations.
