My project opportunities(generally)
My project is an assistive tool device for visually impaired students that helps in learining geometric shapes and it's names.
So it can spread in teaching feilds for them and a good opportunities with intities that support this target sagment.
Dissemination Plan
The project dissemination plan has been developed on three main levels:
(1)Pre-Penetration:This is the very beginning level in which a list of primary and crucial questions has been answered
Target Segment (Who is your project for?):
Visually impaired students (both boys and girls) aged from 8-12 years old.
How the project will be funded?
The initial funding of the MVP will be part of the diploma.
The project on the real market could be funded by the entities/organizations which are supporting the visually impaired children.
The second plan for funding opportunity is the governmental entities that working on teaching the targeted segment.
What is the project’s intellectual property clue? (project innovation)
The intellectual property in this project is in the design of the whole system and system functionality (speakers and magnetic sensors).
(2)Within-Penetration: This come after when the market penetration footprints are being taken
What is the market penetration plan that saves the intellectual property?
The market penetration plan is including the market research and product trail version for early adaptors. And for the intellectual property it is easy to implement the same design but using different approaches and it is good as long as it solved the problem identified before.
What is the scaling-up plan?
The scaling up plan is to extend the product with the same design concept that teaches more areas such as math and science not only continents.
(3)Post-Penetration:This is after the market penetration in which the follow up with the users are being implemented in order to assure the consistent quality and level of satisfaction
What is the periodical user relationship channel?
Feedback channel would be social media channel but for byers (parents), and visually impaired schools.

What i need?
I needed to license my product which consists of hardware and the program I wrote to operate this hardware (Software). I wanted this product to be for commercial purposes to have a full control over the system updates and at the same time the user has the capabilities to deal with different versions easily such as that happens for daily basis software. Also, I needed this software to be protected from theft or copying in order to have the responsibility to edit it whenever it wanted to be updated due to some technological migration purposes.
Decisions
Hardware-Based License:This would be associated with the embedded system of hardware and software
Software Type: Freeware software that allows the user to use it whenever he/she wants as long as they are subscribed and at the same time the use and sources code is restricted. Covered by copyright laws, and also has a philosophy of marketing as a commercial product.
Legal Attribute: Is the copyright © to let me put all the restrictions I want for the user over the source codes and edits. This is the most suitable license for me to be the only one controlling different versions and updates. Moreover, I will be fully responsible of debugging any issue in the program.
