About Me

With a B.Sc. degree in Industrial engineering, I have a comprehensive ability to make things better; As our studies concerned with concepts of reducing the costs, increasing the efficiency, improving the quality, ensuring of the fulfillment of public safety standards. and the CAD/CAM principles and applications using product realization procedures which includes all design considerations like design for reliability, design for manufacturing, design for assembly, etc.…, and concurrent engineering concepts.

I was given the opportunity to undertake an internship at FAB LAB Irbid as a graduation requirement in the university, and an extended training period of 3 months. I have learned within the whole period how to use almost every machine and tool in the facility such as the wood workshop ,3D printers, and laser cutter. And I believe that I was an active member in the teams formed to design and implement many projects in the lab, such as Ultimaker original upgrade, Augmented Reality Sandbox.

At the beginning of the second semester 2018/2019, I have been accepted as a CAD Laboratory supervisor at Jordan University of Science and Technology, my role was to supervise the Laboratory assets, and helping and teaching as a TA in SOLIDWORKS course held in the lab. Since I continued in this position for one year, I have gained an Extensive experience in creating courses outlines and managing student’s graduation projects, And I had the opportunity to improve my communication skills by dealing with professors, managers, and students in my position scope.

Now, I’m a Design Engineer at FAB LAB Irbid , I’m responsible for the Design phase of any projects in the FabLab, my role includes the design of projects as well the supervision of implementation. and supervising the laser shop in FabLab.

I am a person who love to learn new things and earn modern knowledge in my area of interest, I have never depended on classroom or professors only, I always seek for answers for questions like “How to do” and “Why”, and I think this trait helped me construct a strong base of essential knowledge as a distinct designing engineer which hopefully get improved during Fab academy 2020 journey.
