Applications and Implications.

For my final project, I decided to make an LCR meter

what is an LCR meter it's a type of electronic test equipment used to measure the inductance (L), capacitance (C), and resistance (R) of an electronic component.

----------

Who has done what beforehand?

I didn't found anyone tried to make it at the academy archive but I found a lot of projects explain how to measure each component using Arduino

----------

What will you design?

for the design, I intend to create the hole pcb with the cad design using fusion 360

----------

What materials and components will be used & how much will they cost?

for the material, I decided to 3d print the LCR enclosure & for the electronic components and cost.

items  quantity price in dollar price in Egyptian pound
Arduino NANO *1 7.97$ 125.00 LE
0.96" Inch 128x64 Oled LCD Display *1 11.48$ 180.00 LE
LM393 *1 0.26$ 4.00 LE
Button  *2 0.064$ 1.00 LE
100R *1 0.32$ 5.00 LE
1K *1 0.32$ 5.00 LE
10K *3 0.32$ 5.00 LE
100K *1 0.32$ 5.00 LE
1M *1 0.32$ 5.00 LE
 2 uF non-polarized *1 0.19$ 3.00 LE
1N4001 or IN4148 *1 0.096$ 1.50 LE

note the could be changes or tweaks at the final project prototype.

----------

where will they come from?

most of the electronic components will be from the fab academy list except some components like Arduino nano and OLED display etc...

----------

What processes will be used?

3D printing, electronics design and production, and embedded programming.

----------

what parts and systems will be made?

Enclosures, Mounts, Circuits,

----------

What questions need to be answered?

Nothing so far X"D

----------

How will it be evaluated?

every circuit should be measuring a range of values with a good amount of accuracy
