ecopoxy mixer resin

From the first week I wanted to make an epoxy resin mixer, it is a personal need since most of the things I do, I do them with ecopoxy resin, every time I have to use it, either to mix 20 ml to 1 lt I must mix manually for 5 min, this process becomes cumbersome for me and for anyone who does the same. I started my designs from the second assignment, based on the practice I have already had with the product there are points to take into account, such as:

the torque and speed of the engine the blade or bit material the material in the glass where the product is mixed.

It is important that epoxy resin is a semi-viscous product and must be mixed in a pet or non-stick silicone container, the latter makes it less feasible for its flexibility.

The mixer must have a chronometer clock that counts the 5 minutes of mixing necessary for the perfect homogenization It must also be connected to the current for the motor to run and a potentiometer will be added to regulate the speed of the motor You will have built-in mini speakers to play music.

Due to the situation of the covid19 and accident that I had in my leg, I have honestly been very late in my assignments, I continue to work on me to find again the illusion that I was going to do this course, the advances that I have had are in the design but I have not rehearsed the practice.
