The assignment consists of finishing sketching the possible prototype of the final project and then drawing it to AutoCAD (2D) and then modeling it in Fusion 360 (3D).
Previusly to this with the emails sent before this date, I read the fabacademy-assessment to get an idea of what I would have to deal with in training, this task is done at times..
In this second week, despite feeling a little comfortable with the design issue, I was delayed because I realized when I downloaded Fusion 360, which was not allowed to install because my operating system is windows 7 and required windows 10, so I spent a couple of days without being able to make much progress, until they lent me one for 3 days.
After a while I was able to enter the learning curve of the new software, with its ups and downs, since making the sections of the prototype in AutoCAD was quite simple.
As I said before, moving from one work system to another costs a bit even though the programs belong to the same commercial house, the good thing is that I have been learning and applying new knowledge for the project, I have also had the opportunity to share with my classmates and my students ideas and processes.
I'm still entertaining...
I'm still looking for better alternatives and suggestions for the prototyping of the future project ...
