Designing the Board

Again this week I want to do something related to my final project. I will be doing multiple led circuit that turns on one led at a time till all ae opened. I used the bread board to make this circuit. Then program it and test it.

Now that it worked on the Arduino I made its own circuit.in the design i used atmega 328p with it i had to use the crystel oscillator with two capacitor this converts the direct current to ulternating curant. then i added voltage regulator to get 3 Volt and i needed a batary port. i added headers for communication purposes and on the side you can see the led circuits.
similar to the input board i exported the files for tracing, drilling and cutting to start the fabrication.

Making the Board

you can fine the files here traces drill cut
then i uploded the file on the roland and run the job.
after few trails the board came out nicly. the problem was in the leveling and that why i had relocate the z level and do it again.

final Board

the final board came out very nicly with all the componant soldered and the intention of this is to use it in small pocket size cover with the leds slots and hence the wierd shape of the board.
