First Sketch for Final Project

Defining the project I wanted to work on for the semester was one of the big topics of closing the last year, I knew I wanted to make something playful and that could eventually be used by someone else.

I decided to make something for children, tough croud I know, let's see if I can make it happen.

Update: The original concept for the Final Project was a scenario with a hall sensor underneath to identify characters, make them move and interact among them, connect via bluetooth to an iPad and start an app that tells a story based on the character.
The app was supposed to have several stories, different characters interacting, audio and texts in different languages to help kids learn to read in several languages, the time frame (originally one semester, with a health issue smack right in themiddle of it that provided me a few more months to finish), that I had for it with a full tiem job was not realistic.
Materials to be used: Electronics components to be defined, MDF 3mm to make the scenario, iPad, 3D printing and probably molding and casting.
Once Fab Academy started to take force I changed my project to comething simpler as a first phase for that same main objective.

For more detail please go to the Final Project, the first few paragraphs have more information for the original idea of the project since the first week.

For me that day was a bit of a shock becauses of the quantity of people involved and because I could finally grasp the complexity of at all
