This week’s assignment was to document our Final Project detailing all steps.
"The IDEA"
Because in Fundão (My City) we have a great brand and the great value is the cherry. Then I also need to think of something that would help identify the area of movement of pedestrians on sidewalks to avoid accidents, this city has a historic center with streets too tight.
The idea is to associate the cherry and the way it falls from the tree and at the time is buried under the ground and then rises another tree. The pillar is a cherry one of the symbols of my city and also buries it self in the ground when we needed. when night comes his light illuminates and creates a luminous effect identifying the sidewalks.
This project involves the construction of a pillar-shaped (cherry) using technology led powered by sensor that connects at night. I am studying the possibility of this system to be raised or lowered depending on the accessibility needs with a stepp motor (hello.stepper.bipolar.44 video from week 13) I also think this system will be constructed using composits, but I still not quite sure .
The idea is to create a pillar of security for pedestrians on the sidewalks, this pillar will have a light sensor that connects at night, this lamp that illuminate the surroundings, from the sunset until sunrise and can be recoiled in case of emergency ( Video with a 3D Animation) .
STEP 1: First I drew the project using design tools such as: AUTOCAD 2012, Archicad 15 and 3DS-Max.
