What will it do?
Tapulley, an automated tape dispenser, is a small machine that facilitates the process of arts, handicrafts, and making. Makers, artists, or anyone who uses the tape face problems when it comes to cutting a specific length of tape to fix something in hand. The Tape Dispenser can roll the desired part, and prepare it for the user to take it using only two fingers.
Who's done what beforehand?
1- Scotch Box Sealing Tape Dispenser H183
This tape dispenser is quit handy but it does not have the gentle functionality with the magic tape of a smaller scale tape. It also needs at least one hand to be involved to dispense tape.

Here is another device which is almost the same idea of tape dispensing i thought of doing:

Parts and systems to be made:
1- The mechanical system that includes the two drums that guide the tape to the reception and the gears that connect the drums with the motors to turn in opposit directions since the two drums are aligned verticaly.

2- The electronic system that brings the mechanical system to life and controls the number of turns and adjusts them with the desired length.

Test
Give it an order to cut 1 cm of tape:
1- It has to cut smoothly the tape;
2- with moderate speed;
3- cut the ordered length (1cm);
4- and deliver it safely.
