For this exercise I used a product called Mold Builder which is a liquid latex rubber
A. Used The shopbot to mill very shallow patterns that I could then use to cast into.
B. cast an existing object- a bit
The application of the material is by layers and it requires a dry time between layers.
The bit cast was comletly unusable
and so was the cast of the surface.
The result didn’t turn out as anticipated as I got molds that cannot be casted.
