My name is Tamrat Teklemarkos Anbeso. I am an engineer and innovation-focused professional working at the intersection of technology development, makerspaces, and startup support ecosystems. My experience spans hands-on technical environments, innovation hubs, and government-led digital initiatives.
Professional Experience¶
I currently work in technology startup support and innovation infrastructure, holding leadership roles that focus on enabling makers, entrepreneurs, and early-stage startups.

Head of INK Makerspace
I lead the INK Makerspace, where I support prototyping, digital fabrication, and technical capacity building. My role includes managing makerspace operations, mentoring innovators, and facilitating access to tools and fabrication resources. -
Digital Hub Manager at the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (MinT)
I manage a Digital Hub under MinT, supporting technology startups, innovation programs, and collaborative initiatives that strengthen the national innovation ecosystem. This role involves coordinating technical spaces, supporting digital innovation activities, and enabling collaboration between stakeholders.

I graduated from Arba Minch University in 2015, majoring in Engineering. My academic training provided a strong foundation in technical problem-solving, system thinking, and engineering design.
