02 Shape the drawing

Dark areas become horizontal pen strokes. Simple, high-contrast images work best.

03 Prepare the plot

Pen-lift settings

Use the angles measured on your assembled pen holder. These starting values are uncalibrated.

Uses M280 P0 S… with the grblHAL PWM servo plugin. Set the G54 origin at the drawing area's lower-left and verify the pen lift before running.
