Hey! I'm Archita B K — a software developer turned designer, currently finding my way into the world of making.
I graduated in 2025 with a B.Voc in Software Development, but honestly, I've been working alongside my studies
since college, spending about 10 months in management and designing while still in my final year.
After graduating, I worked for 6 months as a startup Ecosystem Enabler, helping to connect people, ideas, and communities.
That role taught me a lot about how things come together beyond just a screen.
Outside of work, I trek, kayak, read, and dabble in performance arts.
I like being in motion,
physically and creatively.
WHY FAB ACADEMY?
Pure curiosity, honestly. I kept coming across what people were building at Fab Labs,
wearables, robots, biomimicry machines, tiny gadgets — and I just kept thinking,
how are they doing that? The more I looked, the more I wanted in.
Fab Academy felt like the right place to finally cross over from designing things on a screen
to actually building them in the real world. So here I am.
