About me¶
at My office Labo
Hi! I am Daisuke Hanamido. I currently work at a sound and lighting company, primarily repairing and developing equipment. I’m also interning at FabLab Kamakura, along with Shoko Kudomi, who graduated last year. I like making things, but I’m not good at English.
My background¶
I was born in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. I lived in my hometown until college and moved to Kanagawa when I joined my current company. I studied electrical and electronic engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and worked part-time in sound and event venue setup. At my current company, I repair moving lights, LED lighting, and their controllers. Through these efforts, I also develop equipment that can be useful in the field.
At Fablab Kamakura¶
During my internship, I supported two programs: Fab Club (for those who want to use FabLab) and FAB QUEST (for high school students). To see the work of the students I supported, search for “fabquest” on Fabble.
Previous work¶
I will introduce some of my work from my student days and recent works.
Project A¶
GamePoy no!¶

about 200V cheker¶

The recent products. When the power supply is 100V, the green LED lights up. When the power supply is 200V, both the green and red LEDs light up.

In Japan, AC power comes in two frequencies, 50Hz and 60Hz, and voltages of 100V and 200V. If you connect equipment designed for 100V to a 200V power source, the transformer will burn out and break. Since such accidents have been occurring frequently, we’ve created a product that makes it easy to tell whether power is coming in or not.
