✨ Hello, 你好,Hihihi 👻

Hey there! I'm Zequan Lin, a furniture and industrial designer from Fuzhou, China. Now base in Xiamen as a university teacher. I see design as a kind of adventure — a way to explore the unknown, much like we’ve always done throughout history. So yeah, I’m just here, tinkering and exploring, one print at a time.
💡 Core Aesign Areas - Furniture Design - Book Design
🔬 Research Interest - Digital Craft - Participatory Design
What truly excites me is to make the precision and beauty of the digital world feel warm, touchable, and alive in everyday spaces. I want the objects around us to carry a whisper of this future, not in a cold, techy way, but with organic forms that invite touch and wonder.
This pursuit is what led me to the Fab Lab community. My reason for joining is twofold: first, to systematically learn the complete digital fabrication workflow, filling the gaps in my knowledge; second, to become a node in this extraordinary global network, connecting and creating with fellow explorers worldwide. I believe that to soften technology's cold exterior, one must first intimately understand its core—the very machines that shape it. It is through mastering these tools that we can truly sculpt a more human and hopeful future.
Baymax, a big hug. 🤗
