Individual assignment: PCB Milling#

Used KiCad design rules, gerber2png and modsproject.org to prepare milling files for a Pico W + 3 LED board on the Roland SRM-20. Had to redo the whole thing after realizing I used the wrong Pico footprint. Then milled it on the SRM-20, fixed a depth issue with a second pass, and cut the outline.

Board House Submission: PCBWay#

Went through the full flow of submitting a PCB design to PCBWay as a board house exercise. Uploaded gerbers, configured manufacturing specs, got a quote. Didn’t actually order.
