About Me¶
Hi! My name is Yryszhan. I am from Aktau, Kazakhstan, and I am passionate about robotics and embedded systems. With over eight years of experience, I work with Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and Jetson Nano. I develop innovative projects, such as smart devices and AI-powered robots, and I aim to create a robotics company focused on building robots capable of human-like dialogue.
Project: Smart Safety Vest for Construction Workers¶
Description: The Smart Safety Vest is a wearable device designed to enhance safety on construction sites. It uses sensors to monitor whether workers are wearing safety belts and can detect if any safety violations occur. The system sends real-time alerts to supervisors via wireless communication, enabling immediate action to prevent accidents.
Technologies Used: - Arduino for embedded control - GPS for worker location tracking - Safety sensors to detect the presence of safety belts - ESP8266 for wireless communication with supervisors - Mobile app (optional) for supervisors to receive alerts and track compliance
Impact: The smart vest helped reduce the risk of workplace injuries significantly by ensuring that construction workers complied with safety regulations. By providing real-time alerts to supervisors, the project enhanced overall site safety and saved lives.
