Objctive of the Assignment
1. Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project
2. Complete your final project, tracking your progress:-
About this week
This week, required to develop a detailed plan for the dissemination of our final project. This includes creating a project timeline to provide clarity on the steps needed to successfully complete the project. In addition, we need to reflect on and respond to several key project-related questions, such as: What tasks have already been completed, and what tasks still remain? What aspects of the project are progressing well, and what challenges are being faced? What unresolved questions need attention? What are the upcoming milestones? And finally, what have we learned throughout the process?
Below, I have provided brief responses to each of these questions to demonstrate my project tracking and ensure i stay on course for timely completion.
what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

What's working? what's not?
In my project, the main hardware components include three MG995 servo motors, two LEDs, one OLED display, and a camera (either from a phone or another device). I have provided a 5V 3A power supply to the servo motors, and they are operating smoothly. Similarly, the OLED display and LEDs are functioning properly with a 3V power supply.
Overall, all the hardware components in my project are working correctly and performing as expected. At this stage, there are no major issues or malfunctions.
What questions need to be resolved?
What will happen when?
In the next few days, I will complete the final testing of my project and do the vinyl cutting. After that, I will record the project video between 1 to 2 may and edit it. Then, I will complete the documentation on 3 may and upload it before the final deadline. This schedule will help me finish everything on time.
What have you learned?
In my final project, I made a full plan with a clear timeline to help complete all tasks step by step. So far, I have finished selecting components, designing and milling the PCB, soldering parts, testing hardware, making 2D and 3D designs, printing, assembling the parts, and doing the first programming. Only final testing and vinyl cutting are left. All hardware like servo motors, LEDs, and the OLED display are working well with the proper power supply. There are no big problems right now. Still, I need to find out how to use gesture and voice control directly in Arduino IDE without using Python.
In the coming days, I will finish testing, do the vinyl cutting, make the project video, and complete the documentation. Through this project, I learned many things like how to work with electronics, design, coding, and how to manage time and solve problems.
Summary
In this assignment, I developed a detailed schedule that clearly shows which tasks have been completed and which are still pending. I addressed important questions related to the project’s challenges and progress, which helped me better understand how to track and manage the project effectively. The assignment taught me the importance of following a timeline to ensure timely completion of work. At present, the final testing is the main task left to complete. Overall, this experience has strengthened my ability to plan, monitor, and complete a project successfully.
Conclusion & Learning Outcome
This assignment provided valuable insight into how to manage and complete a project using a structured timeline. By identifying completed and pending tasks, and answering important project-related questions, I was able to reflect on my progress and plan the next steps more clearly. The experience highlighted the importance of proper scheduling and time management, especially when facing challenges during the project. I now have a clear plan to complete the remaining tasks, such as final testing, before the final deadline.
