Jeremy Losaw

From RC cars to heart valves, Jeremy is an experienced maker.

Jeremy is currently the Super Fab Lab Specialist at the University of North Carolina Charlotte where he helps the university community to create new innovations. For 13 years he served as Director of Engineering at Enventys Partners, a product development and launch agency in Charlotte, NC USA. He is a YLAI (Young Leaders of America) and YTILI (Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative)alumni and has delivered innovation and IoT training in the US, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Namibia, Italy, and Grenada. He has more than 12 issued patents and many products that have been launched via crowdfunding and brought to mass production. In addition, Jeremy is a former NASCAR auto racing engineer and has contributed more than 200 articles to Inventors Digest magazine.

He is also an orchid grower and hybridizer. He holds 5 American Orchid Society awards for superior grown plants and won the 2020 Roy T. Fukimura Award for his orchid photography.
