Final Project Concept 01

NexMob-Lab

Next-Generation Mobile Lab for autonomous cars

Inspiration

Inspired by the RoboCar - An autonomous racing car founded by Denis Sverdlov Founder of Arrival - a British EV manufacturer in 2015. The world’s First purpose-built autonomous racing car was designed by Daniel Simon, who worked in Tron:Legacy Movie.

Scope of Build

With experience in building SAE event-baja cars for more than 5 years, I have full confidence in building the roll cage and mechanism design. FabLab Salem and with support from the mechanical fabrication laboratory, we can build roll cage and other required parts. For electronics component developer kits can be retrofitted to the design. RoS developers are required to develop open-source software.

Final Project Concept 02

TableTop Wind-Tunnel

Wind tunnel to test the aerodynamics of 1:64 Diecast cars

Inspiration

I am a mechanical engineer with computational fluid dynamics as my area of expertise also a hobby Diecast collector with over 100 models. I always wanted to build a wind tunnel to test the aerodynamics of diecast cars. Recently Fun-Tech-Lab has built a desktop model “Windsible” priced at about $250 = 21,500 INR, an expensive model.
