Research¶
Well, I was a little unsure how to do this assignment, so most of my research was to look at other Fab Academy students’ sites to see what they did. I just went and looked at randomly chosen sites and observed what students did during this week.
The final project¶
what is it and what it´s pourpose?¶
My final project was supposed to be a chair, but in the design, it turned out to be more like a table than a chair. That doesn’t really matter because the idea was to create some kind of furniture from the beginning, so I will just call it a table from now on. I decided to make a small table that will interact with movements. It has a motion sensor and an LED strip; if you get too close to the table, it will turn on a light, and if you get closer, it will change color in two or three phases. It will be a safety feature in dark rooms., people will not walk on it, it can also serve as an night light.

I have already make the table it self , i did cut that out in the shopbot machine and the i made little plate fram dark plexi in the laser cutter to support the feet and for decoration, under the main plate i am going to get all the electronic and the LED stribe. The lED i am going to use is RGB and works on 5V DC this will all been powerd up with a powerbank.
The LED will be controled with ESP32C3 micro controler
