Students Free entrance tickets to FAB25 & Graduation¶
Students interested in attending the FAB25 Conference & Graduation Ceremony with a FREE ticket will have to:
- They must register for the event by filling out a form we will share between May 26th and June 13th. Registration does not imply a free ticket. We will evaluate applications and release the tickets based on the Evaluation Progress.
- From the registered students, we will evaluate and confirm the free ticket in 2 cut-off dates:
- June 16th - CONDITIONAL GRADUATE (for those students who need to plan their trip with time ahead). The conditions are: 75% progress in LOCAL and GLOBAL EVAL in Nueval + Final Project presented (9-13 Jun). Mid-terms will be a strong indicator of the possibility of accessing a Conditional Graduation, make sure you’re up to date.
- June 23rd - GRADUATE. If students don’t manage to get a Conditional Graduation, they can make a last effort and graduate for the final Global Eval Deadline and get their free ticket.
Unconfirmed ticket requests (non-graduates) will have to cover the full fees.
