Induvidual assignment

My assignment for the week was to source relevant materials from local vendors and also fabricate the parts for the machine

Sourcing of the Materials

We firstly wanted to the a coreXYZ wire EDM machine but due to some unexpected time constraints we opted to do a coreXY plotter but non the less we were able to use the coreXYZ materials for the CoreXY as well. Here is the bom List

Producing the Aliminuim Extrusions

I cut the aliminuim extrusions that we sourced to size using a mitre saw Then I used an Angle Grinder to smooth the Surface of the extrusions
