Time Management¶
Before we get into the designs, we needed to have a set plan for the final week, and to do so we had a few discussions with our global instructure.
We had a zoom call with and divided the amount of work into catagories,

Then, I had a one on one with my local instructor and made a check list as well

After all the planing, I made proper timetable with Ghant charts to have it better sorted.

Design and Fabrication¶
I started by making the design of the exterior of my project. By then I had already tryed out all my electronics and had my code set, so all i needed to do at that moment was make the shell and everything for my bot
With that in mind, due to the progress of the prevoous weeks, I was able to complete the base of my design. Now I just needed to work around that and decide how i wanted the shell.

Because i was running low on time, insted of dividing the bot into a body and head, having two seperate parts, i decided to make it a singular body shell.

Whhen designing this shell, we tryed as much as possible to not give it edges so it adds some interesting details to the designs with having curves.
This was the first shell i made. with this i was able to identify few errors like: - the tempreture of the lab maters for overnight long prints, so we covered our 3d printers with plastic bags to maintain the same temp throught the print - The falliment i used was flexibal, meaning it could bend and i needed a stronger one for my project , so we changed the fillament

This is how it turned out!

I used GRABCAD while sorting out the measurements of the components with my project. I only needed to download the matrix and motor drivers models because i wa odne designing everything else.
To use GRABCAD, visit its website(click on the link I linked above) > Sign up(or log in) > Go to Library > search up the component you need.


After i worked on that, I moved on to making the place holders of my electronics.I made a holder for the moters and the moter driver, then i made a few flaps to hold my mcb.


And with that all my designing was done!I needed tpo assemble everything with my electronics and i would be done!
Assembly¶
Before working on my assembly though, I finallized my electronics and their connections to not face any issues towards the end


Right after everything was sorted, I assembled the base and shell to get the gist of how my project would look. Heres how it turned out!

Because of the various slots i made, it was pretty arranged from the insides as well

With that all the designing I needed to do was done!
