Week 19. Project Development

Tracking my project progress:

what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?

• Completed Tasks: - Electronics Design has been created using KiCad and final Board Production is completed using Roland. - Enclosure for PCB is designed and manufactured. - Completed final Programming for integrated components in Arduino IDE. - Successfully tested all components together.

• Incomplete Tasks: - To beautify the whole module either by painting or by sticking vinyl stickers.

what’s working? what’s not?

• At present my whole system is working still then I need to work little bit in the length of audio and the distances at which the ultrasonic sensor will be actually trigerring while it senses the human before testing in the field.

what questions need to be resolved?

• To make a IOT connection between the module and the user through mobile alerting the user that the dustbin is full and need to empty.

what will happen when?

• May 29th- June 3rd : Fitting of all components inside and systenm integrating, finishing the remaining assignment

• June 4th : Beautifying the module either by painting and final touch up

• June5th - June 7th : Starting with video recording and editting

• June8th : video editing completion and push all the documentaion

• June 9th - Final presentation

what have you learned?

• I learned how to manage time appropriately

• I learned that we should never procastinate our tasks, instead we should do it on regular basis so that we don’t land up at trouble at the end
