Andrew Mark is a cross-disciplinary artist and designer based in Portland OR with profesional experience as a design engineer and builder in the custom fabrication industry. Although he enjoys learning and tinkering in their own right, what grounds his creative work is a fascination with physics. Specifically, he seeks to make visible, the beautiful and often overlooked, physics of the everyday. Through close observation and successive experimentation, he attempts to highlight these natural phenomena and offer a moment to sit with the beauty of the natural world.
