Keen Footwear WK400— Shoe Display
I was the lead in developing the pendulum gear cassette for fabrication using our in house CNCs. The mechanism allows the user, through a single downward pull to raise and release the shoe carrier so it swings freely.
Spirit of 77 — Custom Pop A Shot Scoreboards
I was commissioned to rebuild a custom project that had seen 8 years of non stop abuse. I completely redesigned the 4 scoreboard displays from the ground up ensuring reliability and repairability. The front polycarbonate frame uses a custom 3D printed low infill TPU as a shock absorber to reduce the impact force on the front plastic.
Akrasia
Akrasia is an art project I have been developing about the passage of time. Is is composed of a stepper motor and hub less gear that rotate the hour glass over a 1 minute and 45 second cycle time. The hour glass is 2 minutes so it never quite completes its full cylce.
