Online Presence will be on this website with detailed documentation, codes, videos, and pictures of the process and final product.
On social media, my plan is to post information about the project on my personal social media sites and also on Fab Lab Vestmannaeyjar and Fab Lab Iceland social media sites.
Educational outreach will be done in the Fab Lab were the project will be presented with all documentation and made replicable.
Media outreach will be done in connection with the celebration of the end of the eruption that will be held the first weekend of July 2024.
The plan is not to sell the volcano shoes, but rather to share the process of how they are made and what can be learned from that process.
Future possibilities for the project is to create educational workshops how to make them, and how to use electronics to make interactive things and using making methods to raise awareness of different topics, like science, history and technology.
