About Me

Hello there!

I am Marta García Fuentes, from Cartagena (37°36′N 0°59′W), Spain. Cartagena is a city located in the southeast of Spain. Founded in 227BC, it has been inhabited by numerous civilizations, preserving heritage from many of them, not forgetting its natural diversity.

In Cartagena there is a FABLAB-NODE, SEDICUPCT-Fablab, where I am a 2024 fabacademy new student.

I am an Electronic and Automatic Engineer that now is studying Biomedical Engineering. I am intern in Technological Research Support Service department (SAIT) of the Technical University of Cartagena. To whom I am enormously grateful for their academic, professional and personal support. There I am mainly dedicated to assisting a R&D Biomedical Laboratory, called LIDiTeB.

Being honest, I usually have some difficulties to defining myself, so I prefer to summarize it saying that I love to learn so I hope to do that in this Fabacademy experience.
