17. Applications and Implications.

This week what I did was plan my final project and answer some questions. .

Description of the work process of the week17

I want to make a robot which brings the pen closer and further away from the teacher to write on the blackboard; At first the idea was to do it like a robotic arm type, but with the passage of time I have changed my mind, I have done some tests and I have found the shelf that I made weeks ago to be heavy. That is why it will only be the down for now.

I will design the electronics content box, the module where the servomotor will be attached and the parts to assemble the servomotor.

The materials I will use are:

  • 3mm acrylic.
  • 3mm MDF wood.
  • PLA for the shelf.
  • A 5V charger.
  • Type C input cable.
  • Screws.
  • XIAO RP2040.
  • Jumpers.
  • 6cm x 21cm wooden block.
  • Ultrasonic sensor.

To carry out the project.

I modeled in 2D and 3D, most of them designed in FUSION 360 and KID CAD. Laser cut MDF wood and transparent acrylic. Cutting by CNC ROUTER. PCB milling.

The project as such does not have many technical parts or save the world; But for me it is very important to bring it to a successful conclusion, since everything I have learned, I will be able to share it with the young people of the community where I work and thus bring them a little closer to this technology.
