this week we worked on teams to make a CNC machine

What i did
- Printing and Testing: I was responsible for 3D printing and testing the machine parts to ensure they aligned correctly with our design specifications. This involved meticulous checking to verify fit and functionality.
- Problem Solving: At times, certain parts were too small to fit the rods or were too fragile, leading to breakage upon assembly. I addressed these issues by resizing parts, reinforcing them, or adjusting distances to ensure robustness and functionality.
- Redesign and Iteration: To overcome challenges, I frequently redesigned parts, reprinted them, and conducted thorough tests to validate their performance. This iterative process was crucial in refining the components for optimal functionality.
- Final Assembly: I played a key role in the final assembly of the CNC machine, ensuring all components were correctly integrated to achieve operational readiness.
the next image shows test pieces that broke do to being too small or having the holes to insert pieces to near the edges so i redisgned it to have mor space so it wasnt near the edges.
The final desing for this piece wasnt design by me but it had a little support so it was likely to bend
