As I was building my own solenoids, I also needed anchors to them. The design was quite simple, just a shaft with a slot to connect things to. And a groove to attach a ring to, to prevent it from slipping through the solenoid.

Fusion model

The fusion model was quite easy. I started with the needed variables, drew two concentric circles and added a rectangle for the slot.

Then I just extruded them accordingly, based on faces of previous extrusions.

Manufacture

I personally did not make these. I just sent the files and the dimensions to the metal workshop at our university, and they made 5 of these for me. Thank you, metal workshop guys!
