Howdy! My names Liam Howell from Newcastle, Australia. I currently work at Core Electronics as the Catalog Manager and Product Designer.

Background

I am studying Mechatronics at UoN alongside doing lots of Maker projects both at home and at work.

• ESP32 projects
• Lots of micropython work
• Have run a couple of workshops in collaboration with the Lake Macquarie FabLab

In my spare time I enjoy swimming in the local ocean baths, riding my bike and baking shortbread cookies.

Why I'm doing Fab Academy

FabLab will allow me to network with a bunch of other keen Makers, and sharing our skills and experiences.

Core Electronics is putting together a series of our awesome experience completing Fab Academy, and exploring a range of technologies and techniques to enable the viewers projects.
