About me¶
My name is Felix “Fifi” Schliebitz.
I am a traveling Hydraulic Control Systems Technician from Germany, This is my third attempt at FabLab Barcelona. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor in May of 2023. In 2024 I was not able to process the material due to Chemo Therapy. In 2025 I was working full time and could not manage my time properly. I have worked very hard last year to rid myself of all my usual clients and commitments outside of the Fab Academy. Third time the charm. Fingers crossed. In Spanish: A la tercera la vencida! I am currently doing very well. I have received experimental Immunotherapy in Germany over the past two years. Entering a new maintenance phase as of the start of the new year. Only to return to Germany for treatment and scans every 12-14 weeks. I am already considered to be a long term survivor. Very proud.
