Wood Medals

To mark the end of the training season of my Wing Chun Club, my Sifu ask to make some lasercutted medals to distribute them to the students.

After a bit of adapting the SVG he made iIllustrator, I made some test on different materials : MDF, poplar wood and PMMA.

We finally choose to made them in poplar wood because it felt stronger than MDF (which broke like cardboard) and cheaper than PMMA. I cutted a bunch of it (around 60) and my Sifu distributed them during an event.
