Individual Assignment

• Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project.
• Prepare drafts of your summary slide (presentation.png, 1920x1080) and video clip (presentation.mp4, 1080p HTML5, < ~minute, < ~10 MB) and put them in your website’s root directory

Project Dissemination

• This project is intended to allow the teaching of multi-axis machine building principles to high school students using Fab Academy principles.

• We hope to use this project in the Fall of 2024 to allow potential Fab Academy students to learn some machine design principles prior to the start of Fab Academy in the Spring of 2025.

• Some next steps would be to do the following:
  1. Modify the RP2040 H-Bridge for easier fabrication and soldering;
  2. Continue to develop the Kevlar string CoreXY drive system by adding a spring-loaded tensioner for easier assembly and commonality with to other belt driven systems.
  3. Write a project curriculum around the design and building of the machine.
