Testing The CNC

This week my group tested out different settings on the Shopbot. Here are my major takeaways:

• The CNC can cut many different types of materials
• Different materials require different feed and spindle rates
• The accuracy of inside and outside cuts
• Runout is the amount that the bit deviates from its true axis
