About me¶
Hello my name is Justin Veilleux and I am a sophomore attending Wheaton College in Norton MA.
My background¶
I was born in southern Maine near the Portland area and I have lived there most of my life. I came to Wheaton College not hoping to figure out what I would like to study. I found digital fabrication in my first semester and really enjoyed it. Particularly I enjoyed the viynl press process and the digital embroidery process.
Previous work¶
Last year I had taken a course here at Wheaton that introduced me to digital fabrication. I really enjoyed the course in addition to all the machines I had learnt over the semester. The next semester I was unable to attend last years Fab Academy due to a scheduling issue back home but I worked on several project mainly pertaining toward clothing. The example below is one of my favorite works.
