Hello everyone, my name is Timoteo Calderón, I am from Cusco - Peru. I am an engineer specializing in systems and I currently work as a teacher of Technologies and Information Systems Development at the TÚPAC AMARU Higher Technological Institute in Cusco.
I already have many years of experience in teaching and I consider myself a born and passionate researcher of information technology and software engineering.
My interest in Digital Fabrication comes from about five years ago when we had the opportunity to take a short FabLab Peru course at our institute.
I have high expectations in the development of the Fab Academy program and the support of the local instructors in the FabLab node of the Continental University, I hope to give my best in achieving the objectives of the program.
Cusco, capital of the Inca empire and starting point for the incredible citadel of Machu Picchu, is a place that breathes history from every corner. Visitors who come to this Peruvian city every day are amazed by the beauty of its streets and by the great legacy of the Incas, which is still alive.
It is a city in southeastern Peru located on the eastern slope of the Andes mountain range. It is the capital of the department of Cusco and, in addition, as declared in the Peruvian constitution, it is the "historical capital" of the country.
Circuit of 7 lakes Pacchanta Ausangate
