Hello, on this page we will learn a little more about the region of Madre de Dios – Peru and the technological opportunities that the region needs.
Madre de Dios¶
Puerto Maldonado city, located in the Madre de Dios region, Capital of Biodiversity of Peru, considered as th lung of the planet and one of the largest reserves of flora and fauna. In it we can find reserves such as the Manú National Reserve.
A region of opportunity thanks to the natural resources it possesses, such as huge fields of crops, fruits and tubers; forest hectares with a great variety of trees and plants; and huge mining deposits, the latter two being the most exploited illegally and indiscriminately, greatly harming nature, whether in deforestation and/or damage to the soil and water, generating tailings from dry land without nutrients and highly harmful to health, yes As we search the region we can find a great variety of flora and fauna, which are part of the important balance of nature, among them we find medicinal plants, which traditionally have elements that help in the recovery of humans from diseases, in relation to agriculture. , we have a fairly fertile land that helps in the production of fruits and tubers typical of the region, adding that it is a geographical area with regular rains, sowing and production should be used more carefully, we take a critical example, the hectares are exploited for planting papaya (local fruit), however these are used to such an extent that l The soil loses its energizers, because due to the use of insecticides and/or vitamins that accelerate its growth, the soil is damaged and loses its qualities, and if we add to this that in many cases the hectares contract pests, the spaces are reduced , losing the properties of the land.
If we speak internationally, we would speak of the global magnitude as a result of deforestation, ideas have been raised based on reforestation and the proper use by consortiums, in terms of tree planting and felling practices, however , both techniques are limited, however, with the use of technology, adequate reforestation can be initiated and with vigilance for compliance with it, without prejudice to an area considered as the lung of the planet.
With technological progress, it is possible to identify the nutrients of the land and design planting spaces that take advantage of all the benefits of which this land is privileged.
It is worth mentioning that the region borders sister countries such as Brazil and Bolivia, with the capacity for easy international trade. As we can see, the Madre de Dios region is a place of opportunity and responsibility, which needs the technological reach to develop a demand that is not only national but also international.
