19. Project Development

Have you answered these questions?

  • what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?
  • The tasks that have been programmed in the development of the project have been partially completed.

    Specifically:

    Completed tasks

    1. Identification of the need
    2. Solution approach

    3. 3D Design: Gel Alcohol Dispenser Shell

    4. 2D design: Electronic card housing

    5. 3D Design: Bras

    6. Electronic card design

    7. Mini-mill cut: PCB

    8. Electronic card assembly and soldering

    Pending tasks
    9. 3D Printing: Gel Alcohol Dispenser Case
    10. 3D Printing: Bras

    Partially fulfilled.

    11. Laser cut: Electronic card casing
    12. Assembly of dispenser parts and electronic card
    Partially fulfilled.

    13. Test

  • what has worked? what hasn't?
  • All the tasks that have been completed have worked correctly. Those that would remain to be seen are precisely those that are still pending to be carried out.

  • what questions need to be resolved?
  • Mainly, when everything is assembled, verify if the support of the servomotor is sufficient to open the exit gate of the gel alcohol dispenser.

  • what will happen when?
  • In the event that the servomotor, through its arms, fails to open the dispenser gate, it must be replaced by one with a greater volume than the 9g one.

  • what have you learned?
  • A lot and I have much more to learn, especially topics related to electronics, which, because it is not part of my professional field, I have had a lot of difficulty applying. If it weren't for the constant support of my Instructor, it would have been quite difficult to complete the assigned tasks.
