10. Molding and casting¶

Design a mold around the stock and tooling that you'll be using,
mill it (rough cut + three-axis finish cut),
and use it to cast parts
extra credit: use more then two mold parts
Work to be done¶
Design a 3D mould, machine it, and cast parts from it. Designing I started by design what I wanted to cast and its bullet. I used solidworks software to design, I started by designing cleating part and inserter centerline and making feature and revolve and making fillet then save open assembly and cleate two part cleate the new part and give it the plan but the plane should be symetric i selected top plane then select rectangle feactures select the cavity then i have to select component which i have to sustract from my copbox and give it appearence select pattern and give it appearence select and make the same rectangle and extruded boss feature and select the skech and the same measures
