Developed pH meter and thermometer on single side PCB electronics design, completed production process. Success - the pH value and temperature are programmable, so it is functional. Where is the success?
I failed eight times until the ninth attempt was successful

What tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?¶
This is my first spiral of the project within FabAcademy has all been completed.
After FabAcademy is finished, I will continue to improve and disseminate my final project for education and community enhancement.
Develop food quality system while educate community in rural area and small medium enterprises (SMEs) to raise their ability (knowledge, skill, awareness) towards to sustainability.
What’s working?¶
Temperature and pH sensor are able to measure the sample (milk and other liquid product)I2C LCD display can show the results / pH value & temperature measurement
### What’s not?
Mechanical properties of composite bio-based material for casing / padding/ cushion still need improvement to meet protection requirement (vibration, impact, shock, etc.)
What questions need to be resolved?¶
What is the best strategy to disseminate education and concept in FabAcademy to society who live in rural areas with less technology?

What have you learned?¶

Time management, good documentation, and how to fight with tight schedule

2D and 3D design for digital fabrication purposes (Inkscape, pencil2D, Fusion360, etc.)

Using CNC machine, both additive like 3D printer or subtractive (CNC milling etc.)

Working with laser technology machine (eg. laser cutter)

Electrical board design (using Kicad and Eagle)

Embedded programming for simulation and interfacing (Arduino, Python, Processing, etc.)

What_I_learned¶
To achieve our dream or something that we want to reach, like in FabAcademy2022…
sometimes we have to dare with high risks, keep our spirits up and clear doubts, and never stop trying even though we fail many times.
