Hi, I’m Aracelly Chaico, a Professional in Food Industries and Nutrition, I live in Huaral and I’m currently working at the Huando Institute as a teacher in the Quality Control Laboratory area.

My background

I grew up in the town of Palpa, a place where various varieties of fruit are produced, in which my family and I have dedicated ourselves to the field to this day. I decided to study the specialty of Food Industries with the aim of knowing about the transformation of the raw material and the physical, chemical and microbiological controls required by the regulations for food products.
