Goal¶
Create a kit that could be used in a classroom. Specifically, a broject that could be created together from a distance, and in FOUR Hours.

What is a Sphero?
What we did?¶
We divided the creation into three parts.
- Mechanical
- Electronics
- Software
This week I worked on creating a case in Fusion 360 that contained motors, and boards.
The thinking is that each level is the same design and can be used to:
-
attach to the next level using a screw and bolt,
-
mount motors on the edge of a level, and
-
mount the Arduino Board to a level.
The total design would include two pieces:
1. The Base
2. The Motor Mount
In class learners can assemble the machine themselves, and lasercut: wheels, weights, and etc. Additionally, extra holes are added to the base to allow for including a pen/paint brush. And, multiple motors can be attached if learners would like to play, and explore further.
