Reflection

As of writing this, it is October 24, 2022. I finished my project at 2:30 am on the day of my presentation on June 15, and I’m proud to say that I graduated from Fab Academy.

This class was a journey. From the beginning I didn’t even know what a repository was let alone GitHub or GitLab. I had never even touched a raspberry-pi or a microcontroller besides an Arduino and even then my Arduino experience was severly limited. I had little coding experience and the only aspect of the class that I was confident about was the CAD and 3D Printing, which only encompassed 3 weeks of the class. During the class I struggled, but the struggle is what made the class so memorable and what made receiving this diploma so rewarding.
