Plan and Sketch of Potenial Final Project¶
As part of this week’s assignment, students were asked to sketch a potential final project. This may not be the actual final project but is a starting point for the creative process. It was also emphasized that having an idea of what you would like to create in the beginning will be beneficial to students as you can work on different aspects of the final project during the classes. Therefore, as part of my research for my final project I tried the following:
a. Identify a problem faced in my environment and propose a solution.
b. Look at the work produced by previous students to gain inspiration.
Finally I decided on a renewable energy project which would not only have a real world application but can be used in my work for educating visitors of the technology.Therfore, I decided on a portable solar tracking and charging station which can not only charge your portable devices but track the position of the sun ensuring that you are always producing electricity.I call this idea “Proto Trac”.
