Electronics Production¶
-
characterize the design rules for your PCB production process
Lines Test - group assignment
This is the PNG that you will need of the line test Line test PNG
Check information when going into mods so that your PCB comes out correct (see image as well):
- dpi = 5000
- pixels = 7351 x 2520
- size (mm) = 37.339 x 12.800
We made the line test with a 0.4 mm drill bit and it worked very well, the lines didn't peel off at the very end which is great and we now know what our 0.4 bit can cut out.
ISP (AVR) - class of chip - chips that used to go in to ardino
ATiny45 / ATing44 - can make any of these - Brian is the best to follow
Order of Steps
Andrew was showing us the process of this week which he did via a diagram which I find a lot more helpful as I am a visual learner.
Order of things - - > photo (.png) C.A.M - MODS - - > .rml (Gcode) Milling - SRM-20 - - > bare board Stuffing - - > Solding Testing - - > Multimeter Keeps going back to soldering then if tha tisnt correc then re milling sketch Going back will be something that youll hav to get used to it
